Tommy Thompson Won't Run

Former Wisconsin governor Tommy Thompson just announced he won't run against Russ Feingold for the Wisconsin seat in the U.S. Senate.

That basically clinches re-election for Feingold. Thompson was the only one polling within 10 points of him.
