I have to tip my hat to James O'Keefe, Andrew Breitbart, and the folks at Big Government. Not only is this brand new site and relatively new journalist breaking huge news, but they are also showing the entire media and business world text book marketing and journalism. When they broke the video yesterday, they never let on that there was more. Furthermore, we had ACORN proclaiming that the two investigators went to a plethora of sites before finding the one in Baltimore which was rotten. Never did they let on that in fact what they had was only the beginning. So, today, they released another tape.
By withholding the second tape, the folks at Big Government let ACORN hang itself with it's initial statement. ACORN claimed that they cherry picked a site. Clearly, they didn't. We now have two sites with the exact same behavior. There's probably even more. They are releasing them one at a time.
By doing so, they 1) let ACORN make statements that can then be refuted and 2)continue to create buzz on a sustained basis. I am totally impressed. This is both journalistic and marketing genius.
Furthermore, the two in this video have been fired as well.
