Judge Dalton Loses Control

Judge Angela White Dalton of Monmouth County, New Jersey, lost all control of her courtroom, as the never-ending saga of the divorce of Bryan Alintoff and Rachel Alintoff took another bizarre turn.

This divorce has been ongoing since 2010 and the two are not even technically divorced.

I last wrote about this divorce in this article; during the hearing, Judge Dalton consistently displayed biased, bizarre, and abusive behavior. Below is one portion, where, rather than ruling on an objection, Judge Dalton goes into an incoherent rant.

Judge Dalton showed a blatant bias in Mr. Alintoff's favor during that prior hearing which took place on March 12, 2021.

That hearing in March was called after their son had homicidal ideations- talking about about getting and AK 47 and hand grenade- about his dad.

It appears that Bryan Alintoff took notice of Judge Dalton's bias in that hearing. Following release of my article on April 30, 2021, Bryan Alintoff has been keeping the couple's son, who is autistic, away from Rachel, despite court orders giving her custody time, including on Mother's Day which she did not spend with her son.

Rachel Alintoff has filed custodial interference charges however thus far law enforcement has not made a determination.

As a result, Judge Dalton heard a motion to enforce the previous orders and grant the custody time the orders gave and this motion was heard on May 14, 2021.

Bryan Alintoff argued that their son saw my article and now refuses to see his mom; Mr. Alintoff claimed he's now afraid of her. Here is part of an email from May 5, 2021.

Rachel,

I am saddened, but not surprised that you gave confidential information to your fake reporter, Michael Volpi (sic).   He put that information out on the internet for all to see...and you made it worse by posting it on your fake blog.  Judge Dalton was quite clear that we need to protect {their son} identity and giving information violates that Court order.

You are mentally ill and that will not change until you get the help you need.  I understand you are thumbing your nose at the Court.  The problem is...it affects {their son}.   You are not thinking of {their son}.  You are only thinking of yourself and how the world is against you .  Once you've seen the mental health professionals you are Court ordered to see, we all hope you will stop taking your anger and resentment out on {their son}.  You need to take responsibility for your actions.  Stop blaming others for your dishonesty and manipulations.

As you are aware, he once again, blocked your phone number.   He is trying to process how his mother would hand over such information to any reporter and to make matters worse, you posted it yourself.  I am hoping I can get Kya to speak with him to sort out his feelings of betrayal and your deception.  A mother is supposed to protect their children...not throw them to the wolves and post vile things over the internet.

{their son} is not seeing you today.

This is not the first time he's accused Rachel of being mentally ill.

Please do not project your unhappiness and anger about your own life onto {their spn}.  Please see a neurologist, a cognitive therapist, and an anger management therapist that you are court ordered to do.  {Their son} would really benefit  from that when he is with you.
She doesn't have any actual mental illnesses though. Bryan Alintoff did not respond to my queries for this article for comment.

Though the hearing was supposed to be to decide whether Bryan Alintoff was to be held to account for violating the previous court order, most of it was spent talking about me and my article. Here is part of the hearing.

"Is it possible- if he's asking his mother to take it down, " Judge Dalton asked- rhetorically and with lots of subtext- of Rachel, referring to my article, "Or is it that those who have put it up won't listen to a request from Mrs. Alintoff to take it down because it bothers her son."

Bryan Alintoff then interjected about me, "He responded with, 'it's never going to happen.' This is her person that she feeds this to; this isn't a real journalist. Why would his mother want this on the internet. Why? It's mind boggling. This is eleven years in the making where Rachel needs your help."

Indeed, when Bryan Alintoff asked me to take it down, I emailed back, "that's not going to happen."

Alintoff and Judge Dalton are being quite hypocritical; in November 2020, Bryan Alintoff was featured in a local website where he named his son, his son was photographed and he talked about his son's autism.

That puff piece was designed to provide marketing to a product- sink spinner- Bryan Alintoff was peddling. Here's part of the article.

Sink Spinner announces the launch of a Kickstarter campaign to help put an end to the nightmare of dirty sinks! Dirty sinks have been a source of untold stress and frustration for hundreds of years. Whether it’s toothpaste, shaving cream, whiskers, or makeup, your bathroom sink is, well… gross.

That’s why Bryan Alintoff, of Middletown, N.J., creator of the Sink Spinner, (patent pending), felt compelled to find a solution. Bryan and his then-eight-year-old son {Alintoff's son} were brainstorming to come up with a product for the boy’s 3rd-grade product pitch competition, and one night after a long day, the idea for Sink Spinner came to Bryan.

That article remains on the internet though Rachel Alintoff has mentioned it repeatedly when attacked for my coverage.

Judge Dalton again tried to coerce Rachel into taking it down to which she responded, "Your honor, the fact that you are trying to control the court of public opinion is frightening, considering you said I'm not a domestic violence survivor...Judge Dalton you're only trying to protect your own reputation and that's frightening."

The two sides began arguing toward the end of the audio above and Judge Dalton states she was moving the hearing off the record and she signed off what was a virtual hearing.

Judge Dalton did not reappear for ten minutes and then below is what happened next.

"Just so it's clear, I don't think it's in the best interest of this child that anything that addresses him, who he is, his likeness, his image, things about him, be posted. But I have significant concerns, I don't think this is the internets top ten posting." Judge Dalton said after the break.

When the two sides began arguing again, Judge Dalton ended the hearing abruptly again.

Judge Dalton ruled that despite the court order if the boy refuses to see his mother she will not force the boy; that's in stark contrast to many other rulings from other judges who will force kids into dangerous circumstances because of court orders.

In this case, there is no danger, besides what Bryan Alintoff claims; furthermore, their son had never been afraid of his mother prior to the boy purportedly discovering this article.

Rachel Alintoff has not seen her son in more than two weeks.
