Volunteering for the McCain Campaign

I have been asked to cross post this bit of information for all McCain supporters. Here it is...

I got an e-mail earlier today from Mary Conway, a Volunteer Coordinator with the McCain Campaign. Mary herded us "cats" around in John McCain's successful campaign in New Hampshire. I am not sure where Mary is right now but she asked if I couldn't get some people in Ohio and Texas to do some "boots on the ground" volunteering in these two vital Primary States.

If you or anyone you know is in Ohio or Texas and has some time to volunteer for the McCain Campaign please contact Mary as soon as possible! Click on "Mary" for the e-mail link.

Also, regardless of the size of the lead in the polls, they don't mean anything unless we Get Out The Vote and that means phone calls...thousands of them.

Yes, John McCain is the presumptive nominee but this isn't the time to relax. It is time to work even harder. We need to wrap up the nomination and every dollar the campaign can raise and every volunteer we can sign up for the campaign will make the campaign stronger for November.

If you have read previous work like this, then you know that all I ask is that everyone votes and that they vote for the best candidate out of the choices of candidates. If, however, you feel strongly about McCain, then you should look to do more than just vote, and volunteering is a great way to do that.
