My Response to the Oklahoma Council on Judicial Complaints

I filed a complaint against Tulsa Special Judge J. Anthony Miller with the Oklahoma Council on Judicial Complaints (COJC).

My initial complaint was rejected. See photo below.


I disagreed with their assessment and filed a follow up with Taylor Henderson, the COJC Administrative Director. That is below. For reference, here is the Oklahoma Code of Judicial Conduct. 



Finally, I discussed how Miller violated Tanya Hathaway's rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act, here's the audio of that happening.
