After all, its not just that the Senate is slower with the filibuster and whatnot, but the Senate Democratic Caucus tends to be much more conservative. The Senate Finance Committee is stacked with some of the most conservative Democrats, and that committee single-handily held up the bill for several months.AGnoreply@blogger.com
